・        到达考点：

考试当天考生须从学校大门入校（中山北路900号），送考人员及车辆不得进入校园。

・        证件要求：

考生须携带与报名一致且有效的身份证件原件及准考证参加考试。

・        到达时间提醒：

请各位考生务必留意以下时点，并预留足够入校检查和校内交通时间，以免迟到。

口试：请至少提前30分钟到达考点，口试截止入场时间为口试时间前15分钟。

机考：考生在每场考试前应至少提前45分钟到达校门，至少提前30分钟到达考场，以便预留充足的时间完成考前各项准备工作（特别提醒：上午场笔试（AM）的考生须7:45前到达校门，8:00前到达三楼考场，8:30后将禁止迟到考生入场。下午场笔试（PM）的考生须13:00前到达考场，13:30后将禁止迟到考生入场）。

・        其他要求：

我们建议考生佩戴口罩参加考试，以减少呼吸道疾病传染的可能。

Admission Instructions for IELTSTest Takers of Shanghai Polytechnic University (Jingan) IOC Test Centre

Thank youfor registering for the IELTS test at Shanghai Polytechnic University(Jingan) IOC Test Centre. To ensure that you have a smooth and orderlytesting experience, please be aware of andcomply with the following regulations. Your cooperation is appreciated.

・        Arrive at the Test Centre:

On theday of the test, candidates must enter the university through its gate (No. 900,Zhongshan North Road). Other passengers/companions and vehicles are not allowedto enter the campus.

・        Identification Document Requirements:

Candidatesmust bring the original and valid ID document(s) andadmission ticket that match the registration information to take thetest.

・        Reminder of Arrival Time:

Candidatesmust pay attention to the following times and allow enough time for entryinspection and on-campus transportation to avoid being late.

Speakingtest: Please arrive at the testing center at least 30 minutes before the test.The cut-off time for admission is 15 minutes before the test.

Computer-deliveredtest: Arrive at the school gate at least 45 minutes in advance of each test,and arrive at the testing room at least 30 minutes in advance so as to allowsufficient time to complete the preparations before the test.

SpecialReminder: Candidates for the morning (AM) written test must arrive at theuniversity gate before 7:45, and arrive at the examination room on the thirdfloor of the third floor of Shanghai Polytechnic University (Jingan)IOC Test Centre

 before8:00. Candidates will not be allowed to enter after 8:30. Candidates for theafternoon (PM) written test must arrive at the examination room before 13:00.Candidates will not be allowed to enter after 13:30.

Werecommend that candidates wear masks while taking the exam to reduce the riskof respiratory disease transmission.
